I am writing to tell you how much your company's training materials have made our jobs easier. On our campus we are responsible for different aspects of safety training for medical personnel as well as physical plant personal and materials management staff. Since Hurricane Ike last year, we are in the process of trying to get our entire training area back up and running. Since we have purchased some of your DVDs, we have been able to continue in this aspect. Knowing that the quality of the information is fairly accurate and the handouts save time, we are also able to reach some of our outreach clinics as well.

Patience is important as I and others try to rebuild our facility. We will keep in mind that CLMI has many forms of training that we may in cooperate in our sessions. It is wonderful to work with your staff and I know we will continue in the future.

We have used CLMI Web-based Interactive training for the past three years to compliment our safety training program. The CLMI Courses have been extremely useful in our orientation training program; introducing chemical hazard information and OSHA required topics to our newly hired employees. Our employees and supervisors also enjoy the convenience of completing their annual safety training requirements at times that fit their schedule.

We use the LMS to assign, monitor, and document completion of ongoing safety training. This has been an excellent resource to help maintain OSHA compliance and also to share the requirements of our training programs with auditors and regulators.

We have received great feedback from our staff about the content of the CLMI programs. The CLMI Courses promote a general understanding of safety topics that is critical in our business. Employees often complete the courses and then bring questions to their toolbox meetings regarding the site specific application of the information.
